important update
Hello everyone,
Just wanted to pop in with an update from Crystal Shade Pottery. As you know, our studio at 100 Taylor Street has been temporarily closed for the past few weeks due to the shutdown of our entire building.
It has certainly been quiet, and we deeply miss the vibrant, creative energy of our neighbors and, most of all, of you visiting the studio. Your kind messages and comments have truly lifted our spirits during this time!
We're writing today with some hopeful news. While we don't have a firm date just yet, we are optimistic that we will be able to fire up the kiln and reopen our doors in just a few more weeks, hopefully by late October.
Please keep an eye on our social media pages and newsletter – we will shout it from the rooftops the moment we have a confirmed reopening date!
Thank you for your incredible patience and for sticking with us. We can't wait to welcome you back to our corner of 100 Taylor Street very, very soon.

are your products food safe
Yes all of our products are food, oven, microwave and dishwasher safe unless stated otherwise
do you issue refunds
Unfortunately no however exchanges and/or a store credit can is available.
CLASSES.
Cancellation: 10 or more days prior to the start date of the first class (100% credit applied to future class). Cancellation less than 10 days before the first class starts is not eligible for credit.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Custom items usually take 6-8 weeks to create. more than one item may take longer.
what if we hate the final pice that we made
We are sorry that you're not completely happy with what you created. We believe that the class is as much about embracing creativity, having fun, and discovering beauty in the process as it is about the final product. We hope you'll appreciate the experience and the effort involved. Our policy does not allow for refunds on completed projects.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
